SHIPPING:
Our shipping fees may include handling charges.
On all shipments, we reserve the right to choose the carrier and most
appropriate method of shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: We strictly follow Paypal's Seller Protection Policy rules and International Customs rules regarding
shipping. We can only ship to a PayPal confirmed USA street address. If your Paypal
confirmed address is a PO Box, we will refund your payment, since we cannot ship
to a PO Box.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Due to PayPal's fraud prevention and seller protection rules, we are unable to accept payments from non-US PayPal accounts.
Also we can only ship to a USA address.
However, International customers can get any of our products simply by using a US-based FREIGHT FORWARDER.
Any US-based freight forwarding company should be able to assist the purchase.

The products described herein are not designed, intended or authorized for use as
components in systems intended to support or sustain life, nor for any application where the use or failure of the product could
create a situation where personal injury or death may occur.
Neither liability nor responsibility is assumed with respect to the
use of the information contained herein, nor for any infringements of patents or other rights of third parties which may result
from its use.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to acquire any necessary licenses, permits, or permissions
applicable to the use or possession of the product.
LNS Technologies' obligation hereunder shall not extend to claims whereby the Products acquired from LNS Technologies were modified or altered or misused by
by the purchaser, its subsidiaries and affiliates, their officers, directors, employees or agents.
LNS Technologies' obligation hereunder shall not extend to any claims other than those expressly stated.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
For a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, if a Product is determined to be defective, LNS Technologies will repair or
replace the Product, at its option, at no charge.
The warranty on the PIM-SHOOTER™ machines covers defects in workmanship or materials only.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, disassembly, or modification of,
or to any part of the Product.
This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply,
or attempted repair by anyone other than LNS Technologies. This warranty is valid only in the United States.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is nontransferable.
This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and does
not cover any malfunction, failure or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, disassembly,
alteration, modification, damage caused by the user or repairs by other than LNS Technologies.
LNS Technologies makes no warranties, representations or promises as to the quality or performance of its Products other than
those specifically stated in this warranty.
Repair or replacement as provided under warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer.
LNS Technologies shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on these products.
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on these products
is limited to the duration of the warranty.
RETURN POLICY:
You must contact us by phone or email prior to returning any items.
After contacting us, you must return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts, with your original receipt,
for a refund or exchange (subject to the terms and conditions below).
● You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s).
● The original delivery, handling or shipping costs are not refundable.
● Refunds will be made only to the original method of payment. (via PayPal)
● NOTE: PayPal no longer returns the 2.9% seller fee when a refund is issued to the buyer. Therefore, this fee will deducted from the refunded amount.
● Refunds will only be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
● Upon inspection, reasonable deductions from the refundable amount may be taken for items that are used, missing, damaged or require refurbishment.
● If plastic has been melted in the machine - a minimum refurbishment fee of $250 (to replace the barrel) will be deducted from the refund.

LEGAL DISPUTES:
YOU AND LNS TECHOLOGIES AGREE TO GIVE UP ANY RIGHTS TO LITIGATE CLAIMS IN A COURT OR BEFORE A JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN
A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO A CLAIM. OTHER RIGHTS THAT YOU WOULD HAVE IF YOU WENT TO COURT,
SUCH AS ACCESS TO DISCOVERY, ALSO MAY BE UNAVAILABLE OR LIMITED IN ARBITRATION.
Any dispute between you and LNS Technologies, its agents, employees, officers, directors, principals, successors, assigns, subsidiaries or affiliates
(collectively for purposes of this section, 'LNS Technologies') arising from or relating to these Terms of Use and their interpretation or the breach,
termination or validity thereof, the Relationships which result from these Terms of Use, including disputes about the validity,
scope or enforceability of this arbitration provision (collectively, "Covered Disputes") will be settled by binding arbitration.
Prior to initiating any arbitration, the initiating party will give the other party at least 60-days'
advanced written notice of its intent to file for arbitration.
LNS Technologies will provide such notice by e-mail to your e-mail address on file with LNS Technologies and you must provide such notice by e-mail to
LNStech@techkits.com.
During such 60-day notice period, the parties will endeavor to settle amicably by mutual discussions any Covered Disputes.
Failing such amicable settlement and expiration of the notice period, either party may initiate arbitration.
The arbitrator will conduct any arbitration proceedings by telephone or videoconference unless in-person appearances are requested by you
or LNS Technologies and approved by the arbitrator.
The arbitrator will have the power to grant whatever relief would be available in court under law or in equity and any award of the arbitrator(s)
will be final and binding on each of the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Arbitrator will apply applicable law and the provisions of these Terms of Use and the failure to do so will be deemed an excess of
arbitral authority and grounds for judicial review. LNS Technologies and you agree that any Covered Dispute hereunder will be submitted to
arbitration on an individual basis only.
Neither LNS Technologies nor you are entitled to arbitrate any Covered Dispute as a class, representative or private attorney action and the arbitrator(s) w
ill have no authority to proceed on a class, representative or private attorney general basis.
If any provision of the agreement to arbitrate in this section is found illegal or unenforceable, the remaining arbitration terms
shall continue to be fully valid, binding, and enforceable (but in no case will there be a class, representative or private attorney
general arbitration). These Terms of Use and related transactions will be subject to and governed by the
Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. sec. 1-16 (FAA).
