This material is a theromoplastic polyurethane (TPU). Polyurethanes have high abrasion resistance, high shear strength and high elasticity.

TPU's show advantages of both rubbery materials and plastic materials. Molded parts are flexible, strong but have a soft rubbery feel.

The mold requires little or no pre-heating with this Red TPU. Molded parts are Reddish-Orange in color.
